BILLY BELSHAW

Owner & Client Insights Director

Billy Belshaw is an award-winning marketing strategist with extensive experience helping small businesses and non-profits achieve their marketing objectives. He began his career working in the music industry after earning his business degree from Belmont University. As an artist manager and business manager, he was responsible for promoting, managing, and booking artists while overseeing daily business operations. As a result of his endeavors, Billy was a finalist for the prestigious Robert E. Mulloy Award of Excellence, a coveted honor recognizing achievement in the music industry. In 2006, he founded the Belshaw Agency. Because of Billy’s extensive experience representing large global brands, his marketing know-how helped him quickly gain a foothold in the Cincinnati region. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, attending concerts, and some extraordinarily good food.

VALERIE HOFFMAN

Visual Design Director

From award-winning artist beginnings to agency-level professional design — Valerie understands the art of combining strategy, planning, and top-shelf graphics to create a compelling, cohesive visual brand. After graduating from the school of advertising art in 2002, she started her career at PrintManagement in Cincinnati where she gained valuable knowledge in the printing industry. She later moved on to serve as Design Director for Steadfast Studios and BrandingGround. In 2013, she left the agency world to start her own freelance business. When she isn’t working, she enjoys outdoor adventures, rehabbing old furniture, and being a mom to her 4 active kids.

ANDREW BALL

Platform Engineering Director

Andrew has been a musician, video editor, soccer player-manager, webmaster, and more. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music in 2011, studying Electronic Media. For the last several years, he took his computer skills to the big leagues, using pitch and player-tracking technology to provide analytical statistics for Major League Baseball. He loves the Reds, media production, and when the code works just right.
